Hyundai has unveiled its all-new Tucson N Line at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, introducing a sportier version of its popular SUV.
The new model combines aggressive styling, advanced technology and electrified engine options while maintaining the practicality of the standard Tucson.
According to Hyundai Motor Europe, the N Line builds on the fifth-generation Tucson's design with exclusive exterior and interior upgrades.
The vehicle was revealed less than two weeks after Hyundai introduced the new Tucson.
Bold Exterior and Sporty Interior
The Tucson N Line features a redesigned front bumper, prominent chin spoiler and satin-black air ducts.
Other upgrades include muscular side skirts, gloss-black mirrors, twin exhaust outlets and exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, Hyundai has introduced a black interior with red stitching, leather and suede sports seats, metal pedals and an N-branded steering wheel.
According to Hyundai, the improvements are designed to give the SUV a more performance-inspired appearance without sacrificing everyday comfort.
Three Engine Options Confirmed
Hyundai has confirmed three powertrain options for the European market.
The entry-level version features a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, producing 110kW.
A conventional hybrid combines a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine with an electric motor, producing 180kW.
The most powerful plug-in hybrid produces 215kW and offers a claimed electric-only driving range of up to 67km.
Front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations are available on selected models.
Advanced Technology and Practical Features
The Tucson N Line retains Hyundai's latest Pleos Connect infotainment system, featuring a 17-inch touchscreen powered by Android Automotive OS.
Other features include wireless smartphone charging, two 100W USB-C ports for rear passengers and over-the-air software updates.
Depending on specification, buyers can also access a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system and advanced parking assistance.
Despite its sportier appearance, the SUV retains up to 613 litres of luggage space and flexible rear seating.
Hyundai has not announced South African pricing or a confirmed local launch date for the new Tucson N Line.
